Clinical Training

TSTCM offers over 1300 hours of supervised clinical training for the Advanced TCM Diploma program, over 900 hours for TCM Practitioner Diploma program, and over 600 hours for the Acupuncture Diploma program. Students work in a busy and dynamic clinical setting under the supervision of TCM experts. This intensive clinical training prepares students to become competent and excellent professionals through observation, assistant and internship with the emphasis on professionalism, communication, diagnosis and treatment of patients. All students are required to complete the courses related to jurisprudence, safety, CPR & First Aid, Clean Needle Technique, and the Health Surveillance Clearance before entering the clinical internship stage. Malpractice insurance is required for interns.
