Clinical Training

The Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine offers over 1300 hours of supervised clinical training for the Doctor of TCM Diploma and over 500 hours for other diploma graduates in a busy clinical setting. This intensive clinical training prepares students to become caring and competent professionals by applying knowledge and skills they have acquired throughout the program in both their internship and subsequent practice. The teaching clinic is also a valuable health care center for the community. Policies and procedures for clinical training will be distributed to enrolling students.

All students must complete Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and First Aid (805, 20h) before entering the clinical internship stage.
