Course Name: TCM Theory and Diagnostics II

Course Description: This course focuses on the four diagnostic methods: 1) Inquiring about a patientís current and past medical history, collecting detailed information about the cause, symptoms and development, as well as diagnosis and treatment of diseases; 2) palpation of the body and the pulse; 3) inspection of the tongue and the general appearance; 4) auscultation and olfaction. Practice of these diagnostic methods especially history taking, and pulse and tongue diagnosis, case studies and presentations are incorporated into this course.
