  professional experience
• Evidence of maturity and an understanding of the role and
  responsibilities of a heath care professional
• Motivation and determined interest in TCM
• English proficiency
• Financial resources (ability to pay)

2. What is the application deadline?

3. Can I still apply even though the application deadline has past?
Yes, you still can. Application completed after the deadline will only be considered if space is available.

4. Is my post secondary education accepted if I studied outside Canada?
Yes. We are looking for students who have strong desire and determination in pursuing a professional career in acupuncture/TCM. A minimum of two years post secondary education is required for the academic preparation of the professional training at TSTCM. There are no specific courses required for admission at this time and we do accept credit from other countries. In some cases, professional experience may be considered equivalent on an individual basis. So, if you really want to study TCM/acupuncture, please come to talk to us. The most we will ask of anyone is to meet the prerequisites first and then we will consider. However, we will try our best to help you to reach your goal any way we can.

5. Can I transfer credit from other acupuncture/TCM institutes?
Yes. We do consider transfer of credit from recognized institutes if it is equivalent, on an individual basis.
